1/13 - 3/6 SHE.E.O. Business Mastermind

She Can Club’s “SHE.E.O. Inner Circle” Mastermind is an 8-week container for an intimate group of female entrepreneurs in Sonoma County who want real support, honest feedback, and meaningful connection as we kick off the new year.

Whether you’re still dreaming up your business, feeling stuck on what the heck to do next, or already in motion and craving a room full of women who get it, this space is for you. You will come with an “ask” each week for the group, and you will get a dedicated amount of time in the “hot seat” for everyone to focus on your business during that time.

Expect clarity, accountability, collaboration, and encouragement from women who are walking a similar path and are invested in each other’s growth. If you want to start the year feeling supported, focused, and surrounded by women who genuinely want to see you win, you belong here.

Includes:

• 7 in-person mastermind sessions in Santa Rosa (by Coddingtown) with local, like-minded women:

  • 4 Mastermind group support sessions where each person will have dedicated time in the “hot seat” for everyone to focus on helping each other.

  • Canva “sandbox” session - Bring your laptop to play in Canva and learn new skills together!

  • Content creation day where we will work as a group to film b-roll content for each other’s social media content. The location of this will be determined by the group during a support session.

  • Final meet-up will be a fun group bonding activity that the group will decide on together! (Ideas include: Brunch, hike, etc.)

• Private Instagram engagement group chat to help boost your content in the algorithm

• Digital content creation calendar to plan and track progress.

• On-going support and feedback throughout the 8-weeks from business consultant and founder of She Can Club, Hilary Richards, as well as other group members.

Events will be held at The Clubhouse (1250 Coddingtown Center in Santa Rosa) from 9:30-1:00pm, unless otherwise listed:

• Tuesday 1/13: Kickoff & support session #1 + launch of IG engagement group chat

• Tuesday 1/27: Mastermind group support session #2

• Friday 2/6: Content creation day (location tbd)

• Tuesday 2/10: Mastermind group support session #3

• Friday 2/20: Canva “Sandbox” - Play around in Canva and learn + share new skills with each other

• Tuesday 2/24: Mastermind group support session #34

• Friday 3/6: Wrap up Session: Group bonding adventure! Location to be determined by the group. Additional fees (like food) are not included in the price of this mastermind.

You are not required to attend every session if you’re unable to make them all. The purpose of these meet-ups are to provide consistent support throughout our 8 weeks together, not to add pressure to your schedule.

That said, active participation is expected inside the private Instagram group chat. During the container you’ll be required to engage with the group conversation and support your fellow cohort members by interacting with their content, just as they will be doing for you. This shared commitment is what makes the experience powerful for everyone.

Please be aware that the intention of this group is to lift local female entrepreneurs up and set them up for success in 2026 and beyond. She Can Club is built on the belief of community over competition, which means there may be women in the same or similar industries within this cohort. Every woman brings her own unique strengths, personality, and perspective to her work. If overlap occurs, we will work together to identify what truly sets you apart in your industry and help you lean into your differentiation, rather than viewing one another as competition.
